In the course of a routine check, it was found that the functional email adress "tugz@ovgu.de" has not sent several emails in the past few months. We deeply regret that. we will be able to reconstruct a large part of the undelivered messages and will process these requests within the next few days. 

If you have sent us messages to the named function address and have not received a reply, we ask you to resend them. Emails to the address are reliably delivered after extensive tests. We apologize again to all our customers who have not received an answer to threir request.
